I started this story about NOTHING sitting in the bus stands of Delhi at around 2007. It was not to show off my artistic intelligence but I was immersed in the nothingness and had nothing to do, not to speak of a table and chair but I didn’t had a address of my own for many months. The philosophy of Nothingness infected few of us when we were just out of theoretical physics and entered the world of human science way back in 1994. It began as a humble metaphor then gradually engulfing our identity as a whole …any kind of analytical thinking to any problem used to give one result only …that is NOTHING. It took me one year to write the story. To me it is one of the tough stories written by me. At that time I thought my thoughts are revolutionary, ,,first of its kind in literature …but with time and with opening myself up to all kind of basic thinking I got to know that nothingness is an established topic in the field of philosophy. Never mind I continued and persisted with the story. Initially thinking it will be a tough story for reader (But I had to scratch my itch) yes it is true something about nothing is really a tough story. But with time when I found many readers who could relate with lines that came straight from the heart into the story .I was little satisfied…at least those hard work has not gone in vain. Still if I continue it further…same resolution hits me again and again…does anything matters? No NOTHING matters. Nothing is actually everything, just like its synonym Nirvana it is a complete entity in itself.
